Instructions for Ordering Your
“I Love Westerville Schools”
T-Shirt

Please read carefully

1. Each $30 minimum donation is good for one (1) t-shirt while supplies last; your generous donation beyond $30 is greatly appreciated.

2. Beginning September 24, 2025, requests for t-shirts must be placed using the T-shirt Order Form; previous donations are not eligible for a t-shirt.

3. Select your size from the drop-down menu on the T-shirt Order Form. Adult t-shirt sizes run Small through XXL, and youth t-shirt sizes run Small through Large. We are unable to accommodate other sizes at this time.

4. If you would like to order multiple t-shirts (<10), please place a separate order for each t-shirt using the T-shirt Order Form.

5. If you would like to order more than ten (10) t-shirts, please contact us directly, and we will assist you with your order.

6. T-shirt orders with our vendor will be placed on a rolling basis. We expect a turnaround time of approximately 2-weeks between when you place your order and when we receive your t-shirt from our vendor.

7. Once we receive t-shirts from our vendor, we will email you details for pickup at one of our many scheduled events. Details about pickup will also be shared on social media, so make sure you are following us @yesforwestervilleschools on Facebook and Instagram.

8. Please bring your proof of purchase email with you when you pick up your t-shirt.
